Does Echobana Candles offer free shipping?
Yes. Echobana Candles is pleased to offer free shipping
on orders over $50! Products purchased must total over
$50 excluding shipping and taxes. This offer applies to
orders shipped within the continental USA only. This offer
does not apply to wholesale or private label orders. All
orders receiving free shipping will be shipped via standard
UPS Ground service. Please note our regular rates apply
for express shipping and for orders shipped to Alaska or
Hawaii or internationally. Free shipping must be only
to one address and separate orders cannot be combined to
receive free shipping. This is a limited time offer and
may end at anytime without prior notice.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Echobana Candles are entirely handmade to order, so please
allow 7-10 business days from the time of your order for
orders shipped by standard shipping. For orders shipped
via expedited shipping, please allow 3-4 business days
from the time of your order for delivery. Shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO will take longer to arrive.
We will do our best to accommodate all customer requests,

Does Echobana Candles have a Returns and Exchanges Policy?
Yes. All Echobana Candles are entirely made by hand and
as such we take great pride in the quality of our candles
and, most importantly, your complete satisfaction with
your purchase. All Echobana Candles are backed by our 100%
satisfaction guarantee policy. If, for any reason, you
would like to exchange or return your purchase, we are
happy to replace it with another selection or refund the
credit card used for the purchase. Please note: the product
must be claimed for returns or exchanges within 14 days
upon receipt of goods. There will be no exchanges, returns,
or refunds after 14 days. You will not be refunded for
the return shipping costs. You'll just need to repack the
gift in its original packaging with the packing slip and
follow these simple steps:

the options with you and determine next steps for your
return or exchange.
- Please return the items in the original shipping containers
to Echobana Candles 7079, E 163rd Ave, Brighton, CO 80602,
packed with the same care as you received them to ensure
they are not damaged in the return shipping.
- Please allow up to 3 weeks upon return of goods for
funds to be credited to card or an exchange made.
